If you want to wait 20HRS (I'm not exaggerating) go to this "ER". The first 7HRS! We were in the lobby and then the nurses couldn't even find the nerve to where they're gonna stick the needle in. They had to poke her 5-6 times before finding it. And the next 6HRS guess what? Another shift of nurses so you're back to square one.. waiting again... so just please spare your selves.

Was actively discouraged from following through with x-rays for a jammed finger. Was ridiculed for mentioning I have medi-cal. A staff member commented "oooh so MY insurance premium is going to go up, not yours" awful callous people.

This place used to be the best ER ever. Always quick and attentive. Times sure have changed. Been sitting in this ER dept for 5 hrs with my 15 year old daughter , who had severe stomach pain and is crying with such pain. Not one person has come to speak to us about her X-rays get het urine results. I get it they are busy that’s understandable. But when a patient walks in clearly not in pain and gets X-rays and a splint on hand and discharged in all of 15 mins. There’s something seriously wrong since we have been here for 5 hrs. And it obvious my daughter is in pain and not feeling well. How can they let people in pain for so long. Young or old no one should have to sit in pain for so long. Something needs to change I have never been so angry as I am tonight. Talk about feeling helpless and not being able to do anything for my daughter except go speak to the nurse 4 times and still not one person has came and even checked on my daughter. Didn’t even want to give a star but had to in order to post

Absolutely the WORST hospital experience I have ever had. Literally traumatized. I was at the hospital for 11 hours with internal bleeding and the doctors did absolutely NOTHING the entire time. Had it been serious, I would have bled out to be honest. The doctor (Wang?Wong?) said he didn't even know enough to wrap my injury, so I ended up bullying them to give me gauze, tore up the plastic bedding cover, and did it myself to stop the swelling. So 11 hours later, a $100 copay, ZERO sleep, during a pandemic, and who knows what random charges they are going to throw at me, NOTHING was done. I need to go to my normal doctors on Monday to get checked out, since this was a total waste of time. Literally this place should burn to the ground. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SOMEONE SHOULD SUE THIS PLACE AND IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AS THE SCAM IT IS.

Yes, there's a pharmacy. The ER doctors may ask you if you want them to phone-in your prescription there or if you prefer to go to your own pharmacy in which case they will write the prescription and give it to you. I am not sure if the on site pharmacy is open 24hrs though. Hope you feel better soon!
I suggest that you google their customer service number so that you can issue a complaint about how they have treated you. Good luck finding it.

Agree, only Emergency Department. When you arrive at ED, you might be awhile waiting in the lobby before you get a gurney or be seen. This all depends on how many people are waiting there.
It's probably best to just call to find out. They may vary, for example, if someone is in ICU or NICU, ER etc
