First of all I love Dr. Chan. She delivered all three of my children and I have the utmost respect for her.The problem is the office staff. I made an appointment back in November with Sara. The appointment date was today August 9. That means I had to wait nine months for my appointment. I drove from Santa Barbara where I now live for my appointment this morning. When I called to confirm because I hadn’t heard from them there was no record of my appointment. This means Sara must have forgot to input it into the computer even though I had it written down in my appointment book. I waited nine months and drove two hours for this appointment with two of my children for nothing. I am extremely frustrated,furious, and disappointed with the lack of diligence from the office staff (Sara). VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Worst dr ever dont listen to her patient. 😠😠😠😠Waited to months for her to tell me whats going with me while ignoring my medical records. Keep in mind this my first time seeing her.
