Please update your hours for holidays. Sitting here on Tuesday after Labor Day at 4:45AM; waited until 5AM,” and you’ve wasted countless people’s time because logically you’d anticipate the gym being open the day after Labor Day. Maybe get a sign up the week before, send out an email to your home location clients, I don’t know, but wasting .5 hrs of 80+ people’s time first thing in the morning is not good etiquette.

I walked in and cancelled mine with no issue. They asked why and I said, I wasn’t using it. Easy enough.

No basic membership is $10 a month Black card membership $22 a month.
Squat rack is a Smith machine they do not half a legit squat rack and the free weights are only dumbbells which goes to 75. No plate loaded machines Tiger Wooster must of never been to this location I been there a year you want a squat rack try triangle fitness and loads of free weights and plate loaded

It's 24/7. Saturday and Sunday are 7-7. Masks are recommended but not required at the moment.

It would surprise me. They are the cleanest gym you'll ever go in.
Basically a 30 min circuit where you do a full body workout working 30 sec then resting 30 sec.
You can be 16 but you can only get the basic membership and it only applies to the location you join. Have to have a parent and birth certificate to join if under 18.
