Our stay was perfect. Best hotel breakfast ever. Staff was great. Room was great. Bed was as food as I've found in a hotel. Use the valet. They work hard AF and really impressed me. Appreciate you guy!

The hotel overall is good, including location, cleanness, and room space. I stayed two nights there and should have given 5 stars if not my first night experience. My next room was playing loud music (woofer) at 2 am and my whole family including kids were knocked awake. When I came down to the front desk for the first time, the hotel front desk just asked my next room to “turn down” the loud music rather than “turn off”. It was 2 am! I had to came down to the lobby again for the same issue after 20 mins. The noise problem seemed not only for my family if you take a look at the reviews.

Stayed here for 5 days and experience was excellent. All the staff was very welcoming, hotel was very clean and breakfast was great. Also, shout out to Chris for going above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay

It wasn't really bad, but not really good either. The panel in the bathroom door is super thin and allows both light and noise through which is definitely an issue with varying wake up times for multiple people. The distance on the TV remote was weirdly short so it was necessary to move to the front edge of the bed to use it if trying to watch from the bed. The toilet kept running loudly half the time until we finally figured out that the water in the tank was low and added some to fix it. There was a small fridge. No microwave. They have a decent, pretty typical, complimentary breakfast, as well as a bar where you can purchase specialty coffee drinks and some additional breakfast options. The coffee was a bit pricey, but good. There are other food and drink options available throughout the day. We tried the chicken wings the first night and were very disappointed, though. On a good note, the staff was very friendly and nice. The valet crew was by far the highlight of our stay. They were great!
