Miguel Luna at this location is great! I have rented a car from Folsom Street twice in the last few weeks and he has always been kind, courteous and professional. I also received an upgrade on my last rental which was appreciated! Will be back any time I need a rental in SF.

Horrible Service! The staff at this location are rude. Especially the one named Leo. He told us the car we reserved is unavailable (no cars available). He is really impolite and also unwilling to help solve the problem. Also, the Avis system is ridiculous. If they have no car available, then why does it let people reserve it and send out confirmation.

8/25/20: I very much like the employees here. Professional & also generous. I am grateful for the car upgrades. Sometimes there's no wait. Good location . New location. I got my upgrade, so that was nice. 8/24/21: Today , I picked up my rental. 2/10/22: I returned my rental to the front, since they did not give me directions or the address of the side street return entrance. Kevin T., the manager, left & is now at their Redwood City location.

Given other Enterprise locations (Fishermans' Wharf, airport, Richmond, or Oakland) - this location has by far the best staff. They are extremely helpful, and covers all details about the parking structure where the cars are kept, so that it is very difficult to be confused about the whole process.
