No. You contact vital records at the county health department.
You can search any recorded documents related to your property by entering your parcel number on the County's website. Do a Google search for Utah county parcel maps if you have trouble locating it. They have an app for Apple and Android devices as well. Once you locate your property (by either address or parcel ID), click on it and a box should pop up. Select the blue Land Info link and it will populate a list of everything recorded against the property. Sometimes it takes a few days to show recently recorded documents, so keep that in mind
