It's always great to work with Tom. He is professional, patient, knowledgeable and cares about his customers.I am a repeat customer having had two SRXs, one XT5 and two XT4s because of his outstanding customer service.

Frankly. It’s takes way to long to purchase a car. Dealership is very customer friendly. But seem unaware of auto manufacturers internet offers. And very frustrating for salesman have to go back and forth to sales manager for making the best offer. 😔

I ordered a new XT4 two months ago and was told my trade in was worth 14k. As it arrived in town two weeks ago I confirmed the trade in value was still 14k. I was told in a text it was still good at 14k. But when I they showed me the offer sheet it was only 8500. Needless to say I was extremely unhappy. And on top of that I apparently did not qualify for the best interest rates with an A+ 800 credit score. Horrible experience at this dealership.

DON'T purchase a used vehicle from JAKE SWEENEY. Transmission failed on a used vehicle with 94k miles I purchased in late May. $5,200 repair and no customer concessions or support for the products they sell. No I didn't purchase their overpriced warranty which was my mistake but I also don't expect a catastrophic failure after less than 1500 miles on a vehicle I drive my kids to daycare and to work a few times a week. The sales manager shrugged and told me sorry there isn't any room left in the deal. Will update if something is done to make it right.

Hello, and thank you for reaching out to Jake Sweeney Cadillac. Depending on the year and model type of your elite Cadillac, your oil should be getting switched out every 3,000 to 5,000 miles. With these routine appointments, old oil that's picked up dirt and grime from the roads is emptied out and replaced with clean, fresh oil, keeping your engine performing at its best.

Hello! Great question. Not every vehicle can become certified pre-owned. Certified pre-owned Cadillac vehicles undergo a 172 point inspection to ensure it meets Cadillac's standards of excellence based on our manufacturer's requirements. Here at Jake Sweeney, our pre-owned vehicles go through a fairly large vehicle inspection to meet the needs of each specific brand.
