This place has helped my son and I so much and it has been a huge blessing living here. They re-did some of the apartments and they are beautiful, and they are very considerate with my son's medical conditions. Give them five stars!

if i could give a 0 star rating, i would. if you're looking to rent from a SLUM LORD this is the place for you. complaints are not taken seriously AT ALL. They enter apartments without the 24 hour notice (they are by law suppose to give) god forbid you have any sort of problem with any of the workers. they make up things about everyone who lives at LaLuz. The ladies in the office are NO HELP when it comes to anything. THEY DO NOT PROTECT WOMENS RIGHTS. very unsafe place for women and children. DONT MOVE HERE.

This apartment complexs' management is a joke.. They only care about filling every apartment. They do nothing about vandalism or tenants that clearly break the rules. I used to live there and thought the new manager was actually gonna make it better, but in reality she is full of empty promises... DO NOT MOVE HERE... If you submit a complaint for a repair it takes them weeks to fix the issue if they even fix it, most of the time they just ignore it until you stop complaining
