Convenient to pick up without going to the Wharf. Check-out and check-in can take a while - took me ~45mins to pick up my car and ~30 mins to drop-off. Only one person on staff and the coordination between counter and garage seems a bit slow. tl;dr = Good service, but can be slow.

Sadly, I agree with the other reviews regarding this location’s practices. Upon arrival the desk attendant required me to show proof of my employment even after the reservation was made from my corporate email and site. In 25+ years of traveling, this was a first with Avis. Upon returning the vehicle, I presented a receipt for refilling the gas tank. The same attendant stated the tank wasn’t completely full and I would be charged $10 a gallon for gas. Not only did it feel like extortion but it was extremely frustrating and inconvenient, making us late for our reservation. Lastly, the plastic cutouts at the front desk are extremely narrow, sharp, and cut the top of my hand :( Beware.

This place is a scam. I picked up the vehicle at 9:30am, returned it next day at 9:30. However on my rental agreement, they wrote i picked up at 9:15 and returned at 9:47. Avis usually gives a 30 min buffer. Therefore, if they recorded 9:45, then I would not be charged an additional day. HOWEVER, they purposely wrote 9:47 and that 2 mins extra resulted in an additional day charge. needless to say, I am complaining but if I have not checked my receipt, then they would have gotten away with it.

Very helpful and friendly front-desk staff. I had 2 monthly rentals from here, both were very smooth sailing, pick up and drop off were straightforward, all fees are estimated upfront and charged as expected.
