Yes, after hour drop off is located in the museum Parc garage next to the office. Closes at 11 pm Monday to Friday. Weekend hours differ
Yes! You can park in the garage off of Folsom in any spot and leave the keys in the car. It's quite convenient. I've dropped cars off prior to 8 am with some frequency.
