Reserved a truck practically a week in advance. Came in to pick it up, they didn’t have it available. Did not even acknowledged their messup. Instead of apologizing, all they said “I hear you”. Well If you want to be heard, but jeopardize your business - Enterprise is the way to go.

Looked at UHaul, Budget and Enterprise online first. None had a rental at month end. I decided to drive to Enterprise to confirm since it was just down the street. I lucked out. A 12 foot bed Chevy Express van was available. For one day with insurance it was about $100. Fine. Paperwork was a snap and counter service excellent. It was the last van so I felt lucky. I asked about leaving my car there over night and the rep assured me it was safe. It's a busy street and they have cameras everywhere.
