Car needed oil change after 4 hour driving to Las Vegas, man was rude , lady charge my card without my permission never go back there

Even tho it took almost an hour to pick up a car that was paid for and ready to go, this location is one of the few that contracts with Uber Drivers and when I got there I had three drivers waiting to get into vehicles. This being said the young woman was the only one working that a.m., however she did not miss a beat!! Very professional and friendly. Plus I oot in to a full size SUV for under $50 a day. Kudos to Budget on Fulton Ave!

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I reserved a car with my debit card with no problem. I go to pick up the car and was told they don't accept my debit card. Then why would you take my information from it to reserve it? The system should have told me it doesn't accept this card as a form of payment to begin with. The reservation was made 2 weeks prior to today, there was plenty of time for the system to recognize the debit card used and to let me know it's not accepted.

This place has no restroom. Of course they did not have a requested car size as well. I received an upgreded Ford Expedition instead with a SPEED LIMIT that almost got me killed! I was not able to exchange the car because of the shortage in the weekend! Be aware of all new ford models and stay away from budget if you value your time!
