I was told the hitch installer was amazing and knew his stuff by the staff. This was not a fact… after bringing my new car in for a hitch and wiring, the installer did over $3500 in damage, and I’ve had to completely remove the wiring he installed. Wiring pushed through grommets against the body, wire wrapped around high voltage lines, the. around sway bars in the wheel well, and the control box left to hang in the bumper area by 2 self taping screws under the tail light, not weather proofed (future leaks and wire rubbing would have occurred). He scuffed the pain when putting the bumper back on, and totally miss cut the hole for the receiver. Beware! Don’t let these guys touch your car for a hitch install!

Very excellent service to install a hitch on my Honda passport. Drop in the morning pick up in the afternoon. The problem is a call center which is confused every time I count them. They have no clue what is going on in the local workshop and they give advice which makes no sense. I'm lucky I'm living near this workshop and I was able to come in. My car is ready for me and the working staff is very friendly very nice and very pleased to work for you as a customer.
