I went in yesterday to buy a tow hitch for my truck. The 2 people that were working were awesome! I didn’t get their names, but it was a young lady and older gentleman and they were very nice and helpful! This kind of customer service doesn’t exist much anymore, so THANK YOU for treating me so kindly!

Zero Stars! Crappiest Uhaul location ever! 🍆🌑Manager Jojnnie is totally incompetent and lacks the most fundamental customer service skills! He physically runs away from customer issues, hiding in his locked office when questioned!!🐔 Wow, what a disastrous face for the UH brand! The district manager for this location should reign in this less than adequately performing employee before he chases away more paying customers !! Run away quick! Parking was adequate while I was treated with disregard. The price uhaul will pay for this guy's inaction and lack of customer service will surely be lost business! Nice gals at the counter, though, lol!😬
