I want to take a moment to express my appreciation to J&R Tours (especially Rayna Castro) for the exceptional service that they recently provided for my daughter's wedding. Rayna helped me determine the number of buses and pick up / drop off times needed for my guests arriving from multiple locations. My needs changed as final responses were received - and J&R was very flexible with adding on an additional bus. It was somewhat complicated as the venue was in South Salem, NY and most guests were staying just across the NY border in Connecticut. The bus drivers arrived early and notified me when they arrived. They were extremely professional. The buses were clean and air conditioned. No problems whatsoever. I highly recommend using J&R Tours.
