The customer service representative is a horrible, mean person! extremely rude! not helpful. Only wants you to hang up with no closure. i tried very hard to be nice with her on the phone, but she insisted on speaking harshly and tried to hang up with no information to my questions. m Ms, Mayorca!

I’m LITERALLY only giving a 5 star for Ms. Mercedes Aikens. She’s the best employee I’ve spoken to thus far since I’ve been contacting that office. She works fast and efficiently and you can tell she takes her job seriously. She doesn’t have a nasty attitude either which is a plus 🥰. . I’m so happy she took over the cases at the admissions office because the others didn’t seem to do their job too well (no offense). I don’t leave reviews but her work ethics deserves more than a compliment. I hope she gets a raise , promotion or something. At least great recognition for her work.
