I was visiting KC over the Thanksgiving holiday and happened to stop at Waldo Greenhouse. I was very impressed with their wide selection of Poinsettias and Christmas trees and wreaths.Their customer service was wonderful. They also had a lot of unique succulents. I would give them 10 stars instead of 5. I will certainly visit them again.

Very disappointed in their service this year. I have purchased a Christmas tree there for several years, and stopped by last night as soon as I could after work. After verifying that their listed hours online were 10pm to 7 am, I arrived at 6:10 p.m. and they had just closed. The gentleman getting into his car told me they had changed their hours, and I explained that was not listed anywhere. He was pretty rude. Now they have changed their hours on Facebook since and are acting like their hours have always been 10-6. Pretty embarrassing for a company I'd grown to respect. Got a tree elsewhere and will likely continue to do so after such treatment! - and for their response, DEFINITELY never returning and dropping to a one star review. Unbelievably poor service. (totally crazy they edited their original review response, so i'll leave mine as is).
