After a couple days of eating Kansas City Barbeque we needed a sweet dessert. We found Ashleigh's Bakeshop and it was amazing. This is the kind of place you go home and tell your friends and family about. We tried the peach pie, key lime pie, chocolate cream pie, and a blueberry goat cheese almond pie. We are still arguing about which one was the best. This is a family owned and operated business and we had the pleasure of meeting Ashleigh herself . Trust me, this place is the best dessert stop in Kansas City!!!!

I have always ordered and had key lime pies shipped to my husband directly from Key West. The shop I order from no longer offers shipping so I thought I would try local. Ashleigh’s Bake Shop pies were easy to order, and easy to pick up. My husband even claims that this pie tops the one I used to pay top dollar for in shipping. He has looked over the online menu about 15 times since I picked up his pie yesterday and is already planning his next order. We will be returning customers.

Ashleigh’s pies are amazing!!! Her quiches are phenomenal. I recommend the Peanut Butter pie and the Bacon Leek quiche and the gigantic chocolate chip cookies. She is always such pleasure! I highly recommend.
