I haven't had a chance to try out the new pillow but, the gentleman who helped me was amazing. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he brought me several different pillows to try. He encouraged me to lay on the bed and try each of the pillows so I could try different positions. One that I really liked was wonderful but he encouraged me to try a couple of different positions and when I did, I discovered it wasn't the right pillow for me. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive pillow and I appreciated that.

Mark was awesome! My partner and I tend to take our time when making a purchase and we are afraid of being a burden to some salespeople who want to get you in, pay, and get you out. Mark took his time to go over all of our sleep issues and then showed us several mattresses that meet our needs and budget.
