The worst customer services i have dealt with in 17 years went i call the service department i always have to leave a message with the secretary with what we are needing in 4 calls never once have i received a return call and when i call back no one is aware that i even call i was told on 2 separate occasions that a mechanic would be at the job at a time and day both times no one showed and after calling to see what was going on i was told that he would be there now in 2 days the other time it was 19 days to receive warranty work i understand things happen but the lady that answers the phone act like i bothering her with wanting to know when im going to get the service i was told i was going to receive that never happened, I will say this about the mechanics that came out were very good and helpful john deere has a good product but there's more to just a business that keeps customers than selling a product
