There's a homeless man that has been staying in the front parking for 2 weeks now and a bunch of sketchy people hanging out inside for long hours in the day makes me feel unsafe having storage there

Showed up to store my vehicle and there was already a vehicle there. I was switched over a few spots down and charged for a 30 foot although the original spot I was assigned to is the exact same size. Customer service was of no help and refused to make it right in anyway. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone and will not be doing business again here.

A friend of mine has a storage unit there it's good and clean and seems secure

Been here multiple times helping my boss load and unload materials. This place has done way better since Jason has been managing this property. We were concerned when the on-site guy Tom left but we have noticed a lot more police presence since that happened. Keep up the good work Red Dot.
