Never in my life have I ever been upset about a haircut until today. I can't do ANYTHING with it and the lady even asked the person behind her if she could fix it and she said, "I can't fix that". I gave specifics where not to cut short and now both sides of my head are at a 3.5. Oh, and she still charged me for the haircut! Update: I was contacted by the Manager Julie. Although my hair was beyond fixing, she sounded genuine when apologizing for my bad experience and offered to do whatever necessary to make things right. I expect my Porsche to be delivered soon. (Just kidding, I requested my next haircut be free and she obliged) It's good to know people care enough to contact their customers like their Corporate and Julie did.

My husband and 2yr old son got hair cuts today. I stayed behind in the car a few minutes to make a quick call and when I came in my son was already nearly done! She did a fantastic job on my little one. He is usually pretty fidgety and he also has a swirl on the back of his head that can be quite tricky to get a good looking cut on but it wasn't a problem for her! And she was so sweet to my little boy. I didn't catch her Name but she's the best and we will absolutely be going back!

Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
