Staff is very team-oriented. Everyone is aware what their responsibilities and the work flow of the staff is excellent. There is NO lag time as far as waiting for their services. Ron, Sasha and the newly hired Manager Taylor,worked together to get my car fixed promptly. Every itm listed for repairs is well explained on details. Also very honest in prioritizing what needs to be done. I felt very comfortable with all the staff there in my last visit there. Will definitely recommend Kia Kearny Mesa one if the best car service centers in San Diego. My salute to all the staff for a good job well done. I also wrote to Brian, the supervisor, for his leadership in managing his well-trained staff. Will definitely go back there for all of my services in the future! ¡

Ben, my sales representative, was absolutely amazing in helping me find a car. He went above and beyond in explaining my options and informing me without trying to force extra products down my throat. He even pointed out that I had signed up for something on the insurance plan I already had! I highly recommend this dealer, everyone that assisted me was incredibly friendly and pleasant to talk to. It made the daunting task of finding and buying a car so much more bearable.

We moved to a new area and it was too far to drive to our normal service center in Escondido for a recall service so I decided to try Kearny Mesa. Would definitely recommend. I emailed beforehand with Sasha to set up the appointment, she was efficient and accommodating. When I showed up to my appointment, I was checked and directed to Sasha within 5min. We went over my services for the day and signed the necessary documents by tablet all while chatting away like old friends. Throughout the day, Sasha messaged updates regarding my vehicle so there were no surprises. They even helped me track down and retrieve an item left in the car. The service was completed ahead of schedule and the pick up was smooth. Overall, one of my favorite service experiences ever. This is why I Kia and now this is why I Kearny Mesa Kia. Thanks, Sasha!

We got our vehicle through Pam at Kearny Mesa Kia/Ford and had an amazing experience. Prior to Pam, we went to several other dealerships who we got stuck with sales people that were very pushy and only cared about making a sale. Pam really listened to our wants and needs, we didn’t even end up getting the car we originally wanted because she pointed us in the direction of an even better car and for a better price! We got to build out our car to make sure it had all of the features we wanted and Pam was constantly in touch with us giving us updates on delivery date. And when the day finally came she made the process so easy, and she made sure I got to take my photos with the nice big red bow:) HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAM!

It would help to have an appointment. I work here and we are super busy. You can drive up , however the wait could be exhausting. We do have a shuttle that can be used for a 10 mile radius.
