Gary is literally the coolest guy on the planet. He is so helpful and so considerate. We purchased a trailer from him for our family and he took the time to go over how to put on the hitch (even built us one with extra parts he had) and went over everything in the trailer. AND he referred us to financing company that cut our banks interest rate in half. Great experience.

I just bought an 18 year old RV from Gary, and plan to take it on a 4000+ mile trip shortly after. Before finding Hit The Road RV I was *very* concerned about reliability but since dealing with Gary I am much more confident in the vehicle I ended up buying. Gary fixed issues, replaced original parts so we weren't using an 18 year old fuel pump and shocks, etc. Gary has gone above and beyond even after the sale. I was fortunate to find Hit The Road RV while looking for a used fifth-wheel on RV Trader. Fortunate because I called and "met" Gary by phone. I immediately knew I was dealing with a very knowledgeable RV professional. I needed a larger rig than Gary had in his inventory, and found one on RV Trader that would meet my needs. Gary did me the huge favor of meeting with the seller (I am in San Jose) and going over the RV. I am buying the trailer now with huge thanks to Gary for his kindness and his expertise.
