I am a novice RVer and would like to get one-on-one instruction in setting-up my RV (37' Damon Challenger, La Mesa) for parks, and preparing it for driving. I would also like some behind the wheel instruction. Can you help me with this? Thanks.

Sorry but only Gary @ Hit the Road RV can answer that. It doesn't sound like you purchased from Hit the Road, Gary goes through what you purchased from him, if I were Gary I'd be happy to help you out but you can't expect all his RV knowledge to be free of a charge. What ever he would charge would be well worth it on my opinion. As per yr Challenger, you may want to check out YouTube for any information.
