Got there at 3:00pm for my appointment. Signed in, got my weigh, temperature, blood pressure checked super fast. Then I was placed in a patient room and was told to wait for the doctor… I was in there for one hour and 40 minutes before anyone came to see me! I got out of the doctor’s office at 5:10pm! And all I needed was the paper to go get my blood test! Horrible!!

Great doctors! They clearly care about their patients and treated me with such care and professionalism. Would definitely recommend. Also wait time was minimal. Not giving the fifth star because administrative staff was a little bit unhelpful with some issues/questions. P.S.: Dr. Molinarez is AMAZING!

The doctors and nurses are great. The front desk staff and the management are the worst. I had an appointment for. a blood test and the contacted me 3 times to remind me of my appointment. After waiting 1 hour in the lobby I was finally called just to be informed that they no longer do blood test. I fasted and waited 1 hour only to receive a paper to go to a lab. Not once in their 3 communications with me prior to my appointment did they mention this. When you arrive they don't even greet you or say good morning, they are only interested in billing your insurance company. Dr Gascon apologized and said I would get a call from the manager but that never happened!!! I received a call from the manager yesterday, she apologized for what happened to me and assured me steps have been taken to avoid this happening again. She was very professional and even gave me her cell number in case I ever had a problem again.

Dr. Molinares was exceptionally thorough in questioning me to determine why I wasn't feeling well. As a new patient, she had already carefully reviewed my file. She took considerable time to get to know me and to determine the best treatment for me. With the medication she prescribed, I quickly started feeling better. I am so grateful to have found such a caring and competent primary care doctor!
