Went today for the first time and it was very very good. The food was excellent and the woman that took our order was very helpful and nice. Will definitely be back here!

I understand that they have good cheese steaks, reaping people off with the price going up 30% will not keep them in business. $20 for a small cheese steak.must be out of their mind. I’ll just go down the street. Stop the reap off! I wondered why it was not busy, when I walk in. What a sin.

Great food but it can take a lot longer than they tell you over the phone to get your order. Give them an extra 10-20 minutes than whatever they tell you.

I'm not too familiar with the one Pennypacker. I always go to the one on Charleston Rd. I've been hearing that Penny Packer wasn't as good as Charleston Rd. The mgr/cook on Charleston Rd is NOT a people's person but they are better.

I ordered a chicken ceaser salad that came with eggs my order was taken by a man/woman. I did not realize that she did not do her job and not included the eggs. I tried to call 3 times but just to get hung up on by the man/woman.

Afternoon we would wind up throwing a lot of pizza out. I've tried before and the traffic for slices isn't going to support it. As for garlic knots consistency is key to success and that sometimes is a drawback with my help. Sorry.

Why is it i haven't been able to get what we order? The food is good but delivery is very disappointing. Order sausage pizza w/lite on onions we get no sausage. I called and they said they hv no more dough. Lastt time $36 in food and bothe subs wrong
