I'm not too familiar with the one Pennypacker. I always go to the one on Charleston Rd. I've been hearing that Penny Packer wasn't as good as Charleston Rd. The mgr/cook on Charleston Rd is NOT a people's person but they are better.

I dont know about that. What I do know is that the food is great!
