I've done contract work for Yarco, along with other contractors, they don't like to pay. It's been 2 months, and I'm still waiting on invoices to be paid! That is unprofessional and unacceptable. When I call the office, they all have attitudes and have no answers. Then, the truth comes out that this company is actually broke and has no money to pay contractors. They told one contractor they would send him a portion of what they owe him, but they don't know when he'll receive the rest. Another contractor just recently received his payment. I'm still waiting to hear something about my payment. I feel an underlying sense of discrimination.

They are just now taking over so I can't fully give my opinion. Only time will tell. But I plan to move after my lease is up.

As a visitor to Rosewood Manor in Edmond, OK for those who do not know is a senior living community. I frequently visit 3-4 times a week as I have a friend who lives there who frequently needs assistance. In the approximate eight years they have lived here I have never seen or heard of any problems until the current manager has came to the office. In the last two or so years I have personally witnessed and heard of multiple accounts from current and previous residents of how the property has declined since the the current management has came to office. I have reached out to corporate offices multiple times only to be directed to voicemails with no return call. Finally after getting rude with the receptionist someone who is directed all the complaints called me back. She would not hear my complaint because I don’t live there. I think it is very sad that our seniors here feel they cannot speak up for themselves for the harassment and threats they will receive from onsite management. I personally feel the management team onsite and corporate office should be ashamed of themselves. Shame on you. Listen to your tenants.

I called about a home inspection that was done by Stephanie Renfro. The inspection was done very poorly, a lot of items where missed like the dishwasher being marked as “operational” Ute the drain hose was not connected, faucets leaking and many other issues. I called and left a message by somebody who seems very concerned, yet I never received a return phone call.
