Odyssey has had the pleasure of being a vendor for Axiom Property Management for 9 years now. You will not find a better company to work for! For me, it says a lot about a company when they have a low management turnover. I have been working with many of the same awesome managers for as long as I have been with them! APM truly cares about their entire team and that includes their vendors. They pay invoices on time, show great appreciation for our services and hopefully know how much we appreciate them!

On behalf of MC Flooring; Axiom Property Management has been wonderful to partner with for the last 15years. MC Flooring have worked with each and every level from, management to maintenance to ownership and have always been highly impressed with the open communication they have. As a vendor it is always much appreciated that we feel as part of their team and they have always done that. Account receivables are always a tough battle in our industry and they are very prompt in their payment which is always nice. Axiom is at the top for Property management in the Kansas City area.

TLDR: COMPANY IS AWFUL, ILLEGALLY WITHHOLDING SECURITY DEPOSIT, NO COMMUNICATION. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS TRASH COMPANY. Much longer explanation below! I wish I could leave zero stars but one will have to do. MULTIPLE ISSUES with this company. We lived at the Highlands at Piper for 4 years, and everything went so far downhill and sunk into the sewers once Axiom took over. It was impossible to reach anybody for any maintenance requests or even simple questions. They got rid of the snow removal, pest control and the entire neighborhood started to look like a junkyard very quickly. The worst of the issues has been with move out. We scheduled a walk through at noon six weeks before our move out date. The day of, they were demanding keys at 8am saying that we weren't around/didn't leave them. We explained it was because we had scheduled a move out walk through for noon that day. At noon nobody showed up to walk us through, and said they would call later as they did their own walk through. They then called us 3 days later, yelling at us for the "State of the place" Even though we hired a professional cleaner and left it in great condition. The only damage to the unit was from the basement flooding (which the company refused to come fix) We have photos of everything. They said they would send us an itemized list for damages, which they never did ,which they have 14 days to do. Then they refused to send us our deposit back. We have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get our deposit OR an itemized list and they refuse to send either. As of today we have filed a claim in small claims court to get our security deposit back. Do NOT let scum companies like this bully you and take advantage of you!! They overcharge for their properties, do not deliver any type of amenities or even the decency of basic communication, and they CERTAINLY shouldn't be Illegally withholding security deposits as it seems they tend to do with most tenants! Know your rights folks, and whatever you do, DO NOT rent from this management company! They are worse than awful!

I have been a valued resident at your property in Middleton, Wisconsin, Springtree Apartments. Never, in all my 18 years of residency have I been treated so poorly as a resident, like the experience I went through on my Holiday. I don't know

I believe you have the wrong Axiom Property Management. Our company does not manage apartment complexes in Wisconsin.

Why have you not sent me my deposit back. I moved out September 1 and you had 30 days to send me my money. It is now the 21st of October and still have no money. I want it NOW!
