Don't bother with this company. Representative will not show up to let you view property or property won't be available. Total waste of your time. You can NEVER talk to a live person

100% true.
I went more than 3 weeks without a stove. I contacted the BBB and got a new stove a few days later.
I agree, they look fake to me.
Renter Warehouse should be reported to BBB . They are very shady.
This company is a living nightmare! Call their headquarters number in Minnesota is what we have had to do. Good luck as they are slow to respond to anything including emergencies. We had a pipe bust on January 2 and they closed the ticket out saying its been taken care of. We thankfully have good renters insurance! They sent out an older man with a wet vac for 650 sq ft flooded basement with carpet 2 months old. Our things were NOT put on risers as is proper protocol and a large hole is now left open in our ceiling, no carpet was pulled back and all the insulation inside the wall is still wet. New furniture ruined etc...
Several and I'd run. This company has been a nightmare. They do the opposite of manage a property! We've had a multitude of issues from the start. These homes are not cleaned for new Tennant's moving in. Also if the former Tennant's leave behind trash, furniture etc. They expect you to dispose of it. We have had the only tree in our yard infested with Japanese beetles and is sadly nearly dead. Our basement flooded on January 2, 2018 when a pipe burst due to faulty welding not freezing btw. No one came out for over 24 hours. Mind you we had standing water and electricity. This was an emergency. Yes we have renters insurance but items like family photo albums can not be replaced. Our insurance company sent a letter out to renters warehouse and to the owners indicating that proper flood protocol was not performed. Last night our shower valve broke in the master bath. Spoke to "emergency" maintenance. No one gets in till 9 a.m. 😂 #emergency ? RUN!!
Yes they do you will just have to pay double deposit.
