This company made me sign my lease early but threatening to raise my rent. They raised my rent 60 dollars anyways. If I would of waited a little longer my rent would of been 1000, I was trying to find another place to move. I did not have time to search. Maintenance issues never get resolved when it is pertaining to me and their property. The maintenance sent some of their work here at home to outside contractors. Lets just say it still needs to be worked on. I can not wait to move out. Will show photos later

Bek helped us out with a plumbing issue today! She was punctual and very thorough fixing our washing machine drain, it's working so well now! I especially like how friendly Bek was with my family and yappy little dog. I'd be happy to have her back to work any time! Thanks Bek!!

Not just that but a lot of the homes are falling apart and outdated so for the price not worth it. And they take ages (sometimes years) to fix things. And when third party vendors who work with them tel you that they are horrible about fixing things you know there’s a huge problem.
It gets worst for maintenance requests.

The app is probably the easiest however be careful for glitches. It showed we had everything paid up on the App but then the next month it popped up that it was not paid for and the payments went away and we had no idea
The actual First Key site doesn't receive payments, they use the Resident Portal application and site that many leasing companies utilize. You can mail them checks and money orders, drop them at a regional office, or utilize WIP locations. Purportedly you can pay over the phone, but they will not permit phone or online payments after a second NSF / Insufficient Fund / Returned Check notice from a bank.
