Edit: They have improved their maintenance tickets response time in the last year, I am bumping up two star for now, that seem to be showing more initiative for their residence. Original: This company bought out my old landlords property. Do not move in any apartment behind this company, they didn't come to fix my leaking hot water faucet for 45 days after request. Costed me 225$ in gas. When I claimed this too them, they said not their problem and they will not cover my utility for their incompetence.

Poor experience. From harassment from tenants , death of tenant in the building was poorly cleaned causing infestation of flies .had to pay out of pocket for fly traps and wait weeks for proper disposal of dead bugs and cleaning of the unit where the tenant died. The poor reflection is on the owner really. I can't wait to move!!! In addition vagrants are always gaining access to the building. I no longer allow my infant daughter to stay overnights in the building and will be inconvenienced with commuting everyday with her and paying rent in two places until the end of my lease here.
