Poor installation so your electric bill will be high no matter in the winter or the summer even when you not even running your heat or your air manager Evanny Williams is not reasonable she lies a lot she's also have two checks of mines that she said she has not received but I have the proof that she do have them cause she has copy them and sign them and still till today state that she does not have those checks so I don't know if she steal checks or what happens she also do not hold everybody accountable for they trash my neighbors trash has been terrible ever since I lived here and I've been here for 2 years raise rents but don't do anything about your complaints she lies a lot, raise rent every year by like $100, she sent the letter out said that your children cannot play on the sidewalk, terrible parking, some units have been updated and some have not for those that has not been updated terrible appliance flooring carpet ran down bathroom has a mold smell in it after you've been there for a month some units even have mold in them like in the floor or the walls but a good community
