Horribly unprofessional. Cancelled an appointment twice and when I went the third time for a self showing, I couldn't get in the building and couldn't reach anybody to help me. Wasted my time and money and never got to see the unit. If they manage their properties the way they manage showings, this must be a horrible company to rent with.
