Beware of this Company, they are very dishonest. I was cheated out of 125.00 of my deposit. The property was left in good condition, and I had photos as verification. It was explained that the the vent in the bathroom ceiling wasn't clean and they found hair on bathroom floor. Don't expect all your deposit back regardless of the condition you leave the property. They are dishonest and unethical.

Avoid this company at all cost. Worst management I've ever had. I reported to the about 2 months after I moved in that there was a leak in my water heater room. They still hadn't fixed it when I moved it 10 months later. They only fixed issues a few months before I moved out. They withheld my deposit for almost a week, and they deducted $600 from it for painting and carpet cleaning, even though it contract does not require us to do that. I even patched holes from the previous tenants and was still charged for it. You can't contact anybody half the time, they don't return calls, they won't do any maintenance after 5 or on the weekends. You literally have to put your job on hold to get anything done with them.
