Our experience wasn’t a good one! The agent Hector Rivera was rude and seemed to be upset about something. We reserved the storage unit online but we had a couple of questions. He said he knew nothing about the website and he couldn’t help us. We decided not to say anything to him since we needed to move out our old furniture as soon as possible to make room for our new furniture. He just wanted to hurry and close the office and didn’t want to help us at all.

We have had our stuff here for no longer then 4 months... Not only did RATS destroy a lot of my furniture and my children's stuff. They also left feces everywhere! It'ss disgusting!!!!! And the "INSURANCE" WILL NOT COVER ANY DAMAGE FOR IT!!!! On top of that when we had this rain storm, which rain happens here it's not like it doesn't, the roof was leaking and it destroyed family heirlooms I inherited it that cannot be replaced. Besides the fact that they warned us not to store such items due to theft, I wasn't worried. I had two locks on my unit and I felt it would remain safe. I didn't believe that it would be destroyed by the negligence of the upkeep of their facility. I am behond upset about this. Jose and the staff are amazing and friendly, no doubt. The facility needs to be addressed. I don't know if it's a corporate issue. That they're not giving the staff enough to do what they need to do, or if it's the incompetency of the staff. In my opinion, the staff is amazing and try to work with you. So I'm believing it's a corporate issure.

This place HAD reasonable prices now they raised the rates which separates them from no one else, Other than by name. How times have changed at one time people would lower their prices below their competitors to win their business now everybody's raising their prices. Management theorists nice I've never had any problems with Jose or Hector. Not like the people want to call center I've talked to a couple different people some more helpful most were rude even getting to a supervisor who was rude that gave me the understanding why everybody else is rude call center.
