I live in Whittier and work in Buena Park. Came across this gym and fell in love with it. The vibe is completely different in a good way. People are nice and so is the staff. Ray who is the manager at this gym is always taking care of me and helping me every time I need help. They also have a great selection of supplements and protein bars. Highly recommend this gym. I’ve personally worked with Ray in resolving some issues from my membership changing from the Long Beach location to the Buena Park location and have found him to be very helpful. Anyone answering their phone calls have also always been friendly and helpful. I look forward to working out at this location and feel any problems will be met with great customer service and resolutions.

Great little gym, I have been coming here for years and I have no complaints, The gym is small and during off hours or in the morning there is nobody there so you can get a great workout in. The staff are helpful and friendly. I recommend this gym.
