Their classes start at 6 in there morning usually and just kind of scale from there.

I do go to a gym. I am looking at different gym s to get more better .

i think you need to get in the habit of going to the gym first then you will be there and ask yourself.

Not sure i would call them to find out. Im sure its a reasonable prize
