If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had a unit upstairs that got broken into MONTHS ago and didn’t even find out about it until I came to retrieve my belongings (which I couldn’t because it was “red tagged” ). I pay my bill on time every month and trusted my belongings would be safe or at lease would be emailed /notified about the situation. I’ve been paying on a unit that may or may not even have the things IM PAYING to store! Unit was broken into back in February and it’s now mid August. They have no problem taking your money every month but they obviously do not caring about the customers they serve. Oh yeah and I received an email that they’re are upping the monthly charges. Go elsewhere to store your things and avoid this headache.

Staff is friendly and the areas is clean. There have been a couple of break-ins since I've been there, which has been about 4 years. The staff have notified me in a timely manner. This is an older facility but when it comes to storing your items it does the job. Reasonable rates.

The staff had been extremely helpful and polite. The facility is well managed and clean. My only negative is that I consolidated from 2 units to 1 and was required to entirely move my things to a totally different unit vs Judy moving into 1 I already had.
