DO NOT RECOMMEND. Our storage gotten broken into, received a call from the office and was told that the door was open half way. When we arrived almost everything was gone. They do not know when the incident happen because surveillance did not capture. When you move in they tell you that there are cameras, that you need a code to get in and out the facility and they are constantly driving by, but when something like this happens they can't help you at all.

You think your possessions would be safe in a facility like this. But unfortunately it is not. No security. There was a break in , and many items was taken.

Let me start with the staff at the baseline office, RUDE! I understand the area is not the best but the staff fits right in. I have been to that office multiple times and it always has a sign on the door to come back in 30 + minutes. The girls in the office seem to do a lot of BS and still have time to be rude. They don’t greet you (horrible customer service) who raised humans like that? Second my storage got flooded after over a year with cube smart I went into the baseline office and stood there while 3 women ignored me. 1 Hispanic and 2 African American. I then asked if she was open she replied “I said hello” then I explained to her my storage had flooded she rolled her eyes and handed me a brochure and said “call this number” no EMPATHY no NOTHING!! Completely out of line. I knew at that moment I had to get my things out of there, warn others and NEVER go back to this place. Poor customer service equals NO SERVICE!!

They have CONSTANT break ins, do not notify tenants of these break ins, and after my storage was burglarized it was not discovered until the next AFTERNOON!!!! Access was open for 8 HOURS before I even received a call and then my unit was left OPEN and UNNATTENDED until I arrived around 6pm. Staff does not care and continuously fails to make repairs to the facility causing repeated burglarized units.. THE THEIFS KEEP COMING BACK BECAUSE THEY CAN CONTINUOUSLY GET IN UNOPPOSED. UPDATE: General manager claimed he would help with situation but once he received the information he asked of me, I never heard back from him. Took over 2 months to receive insurance payout and is nowhere near enough to cover losses so I guess this matter will be resolved elsewhere. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
