I mean this with all due respect but we live in the city of Yakima, a city of 95,000 residents, and we don’t have a 24/7 Emergency Vet clinic? For real? I called at 6pm and asked how long the wait was and was told it depends. I said, “are you (so busy) that you are assessing pet intake via triaging?” I was told yes. Like 1 in 3 people are pet owners in Yakima and we can’t get a Veterinarian to stand up and provide an adequate emergency pet visit? Not just your company but it’s bad customer service overall from out local veterinary community. Don’t tell me I have to visit your sister vet ER company in Pasco, WA….. I find this grotesquely unacceptable to the be honest. My home town of 10,000 had at least one ER vet on call 24/7 in the event of emergency if needed.

I am so grateful for the compassion from these guys on June 19, 2O22... I arrived just shattered with my precious cat who had been hit by a car. By the time I handed him over he was already gone. But they took him inside and rewrapped him in his blanket and made a clay pawprint with his name -- didn't even have to ask me his name again.

Was disappointed to have driven 40 miles only to find them closed (when they should have been open according to their stated hours), with no mention of it on their voicemail. Just a sign in the window saying they'd be open the next day. I know vet staffing is very difficult these days, but at least updating their voicemail would have been helpful (we got there right when they should have opened, so no way to know in advance).

About 3 years ago, I had to rush my 6 mo old puppy into Yakima Pet Emergency after finding her with a block of rat poison. They spent quite a long time feeding her activated charcoal and having her puke. They were honest and told me she probably won’t make it. But sure enough, they saved her life and we got our best friend back. As a result, Miley was very mistrusting of people after that and was very skittish. Because of this incident, I’m a full time dog trainer specializing in behavior modification. My goal was to help Miley feel more comfortable. But it turned out to be much more than that. So I owe Yakima Pet Emergency and the employees involved, a great debt. I would like to repay this debt in some way..I know you guys have a good samaritan program, I’m interested to hear more about how I can help.

Call them and ask. I do not know
Care credit
No, they don't carry any vaccines.
They are open 24 hrs on the weekend
They're open weekdays 5pm until 8 am (I think) and 24/7 on weekends.
Best to have him checked, could be something simple or something major.
They don't do that only emergency
I do not sorry.
$70 if you're not interested in having the ashes returned. To have the ashes returned, its $115 if the cat is between 5-20# or $85 if the cat is under 5#
My best advice is to call The Emergency Vet Clinic. They are open 24 hrs on the weekend. I'm sorry I didn't see this earlier. They are great people. I hope your little dog is okay. Please put a note here & let me know.
Try the humane society or the rescue groups
