15 Sept 2021 (5 Stars) My father has been on property for 4+ years. First in an independent apartment (while my mom was in the nursing home), and since Feb 2021, in the Assisted Living Building. The grounds are wonderfully kept, year round - including snow removal in the winter. I have found the staff at all levels (management, nursing, caregivers, activities, finance, maintenance, etc.) to be professional, helpful and friendly. I have reccomend other seniors I know to move there. I'm grateful for the care my parents have received at this complex, during the varying stages of their health decline.

I had to find a place where my mom (who needed nursing home care) could have my father close by (he only needed an apartment - independent living). Talk about hitting a home run, this complex has been absolutely wonderful. Wish I had found this complex 5 years earlier (when mom & dad moved to an Assisted Living facility). After mom passed (she outlived her life expectancy by double), dad wanted to stay at this location because of all the outstanding services they offer plus the friendly neighbors and staff (Nurses / Support / Office / Maintenance / Life Enhancement People / etc.). I've recommended to 5 different family and close friends to locate here, as their parents health declined and they were looking for care. I WOULD NOT GO ANYPLACE ELSE IN THE YAKIMA AREA!!

My grandparents lived here for several years before they both passed away. I stopped by regularly and was consistently impressed with the professionalism of the staff and their willingness to get to know my grandparents and their habits/quirks/etc. My grandparents received excellent care and I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.

We don’t have studios, but our smallest apartment is somewhat studio like. The Living Court apartments. There is a 3/4 wall between the living room and bedroom and no door into the bedroom. You can see floor plans on our website.

Living Care has a very family like atmosphere. We are mindful to show appreciation to our staff for all they do in various ways throughout the year. We even have a Spirit Team that plans regular staff appreciation events. We provide medical benefits and 401k opportunities, opportunities for advancement within the community, training and educational opportunities. No matter what position you work in, from dishwasher to accountant, every member of our staff on a daily basis is helping provide care and a loving, active, safe environment for all of our residents. Every person matters as their position has an impact on the daily lives of all of the seniors who call Living Care home.

Assuming that you are inquiring about Independent Retirement Living (not assisted living or skilled nursing), our 1 bedroom apartments currently range from $755 per month to $2710 per month. The cost depends on which building on our campus you move into. As apartment size and storage increases, so does the cost.
