On Saturday night had a huge limb from a tree fall in our yard. Called and they send out 2 guys who did a excellent job clean up the yard.

I'll try and be thorough and honest in this review. I'm onto my second rental with them and so far I have zero substantial complaints. Everyone I have delt with has been plesent and helpful. Units are fairly priced compared to going rates for the area and every time I've had an issues someone in the office or maintenance has gotten it resolved in a timely manner. Most of the complaints you see are ones that will happen with any company aka having to pay a pet deposit and pet rent, an application fee whether you get the place or not. The only true negatives I've seen/experienced are pretty minor such as a unit maybe not being as clean as you'd like when moving in or some issues with appliances etc in the unit from day one (same issues you get with any non-new units). However as I mentioned every issue I have had up to this point has been quickly resolved. So far they have been great and if that changes I'll update my post. Do yourself a favor and ignore the disgruntled and fake reviews and don't hesitate to use Wilson if they have a property you like.

Laura and her team are super helpful and supportive when it comes to helping their clients. We literally got an apartment in less than a week of finding this company. We had a whole month of stress finding a place and as soon as we found wilson property management we saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Super excited to move and eventually buy a house through wilson. Laura was super patient and has a beautiful humble personality that made us comfortable with building good communication and making this a positive experience. Defffffff recommend 💗

STOP! MUST READ! *WE MOVED BECAUSE THEY BROKE LANDLORD/TENANT LAWS. WE WERE UNHAPPY BECAUSE THEY DID NOT FUFILL THEIR DUTIES. *OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT STATED THAT WE COULD NOT DO YARD WORK. *EDITED AFTER WILSON RESPONDED 9/22/21. DO NOT RENT FROM WILSON! They take advantage of families/people who do not know their rental rights. In our six months of living in their rental property, we had a 12 month lease, we ended up having to move because of repairs/care that were NEVER preformed for the house. First, our refrigerator started leaking toxic gas. Because of how the maintenance request was worded, they assumed my fridge was making a toxic smell because of the food inside. After their recommendation of turning it back on and running, it caught on fire. After, they NEVER provided a refrigerator, we had to buy our own. Second, the trees. We had such old trees on our property that were not maintained, giant limbs were falling off the trees. Big enough that they could kill a grown adult, no to mention the fact we had my four year old son playing in the exact spot they dropped days before. Then because of said trees, we had an infestation of Boxelder bugs inside our home. Requests for maintenance were made for both, and were not answered or repaired (10 days required of a landlord to respond and make repairs). KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! It was our only way to end the lease, the negligence of Wilson RM not caring for their property or renters. During the six months, we also had outrageous power bills. To which we were very confused, working full time and not being home. It turns out Wilson RM neglected to keep maintenance with the main power line, so we’d been paying for full power we never used. Which we found out because of a power surge through our house, ruining our refrigerator and AC unit. Remember how I said it was our personal fridge? We never received any refund for our personal refrigerator or AC unit after the power surge. Did I mention we were out of power for two full days in summer time? If you are trying to find a reliable rental company, look ANYWHERE ELSE in Yakima. And please, know your rights as a tenant. www.tenants union.org

Yakima has a housing shortage. If a person is financially challenged, I'm guessing they can't/ won't. 😞
Yep sucks. Start saving money up and buy
please contact our office during business hours and we will be able to help you with your requests. thank you
Yes it is
I work at Home Depot, a Customer rented from them and informed me that they are super nice to you until they get your money, then they treat you like Garbage Afterwards
We install new lock each time a tenant moves out. We also have deadbolt on each unit so it is very difficult for anyone to get into a locked door.
It is cheaper if you apply at the office
I say a bit of both...Roger is a very nice guy but a very good business man they dont always work hand and hand
Depends whether it's a cat or dog could be 25 or 50
no
They're managing a lot of properties and other interests try give them a call the can be busy
Fill out a rental application, the application process is pretty standard give them a call if you have specific questions about any issues that you may be concerned about being approved, ie felonies or collections.
