Wilson processes the first complete application for a property that they receive. Any others for that property are considered backups. Sometimes the application process can take longer if references are hard to get a hold of. In many cases, Wilson will ask the applicant to assist in getting the references to respond. Once the background/credit history/reference checks, etc are completed... Wilson promptly notifies the applicant that they will need to get renter's insurance and when keys may be available. The keys being available are often subject to the former tenant returning the unit in 'rent ready' condition and returning keys to the office.
They also nail you with a huge damage settlement when you move out. So be proactive and take pictures when you 1st move in and when you move out just incase they try to screw you like they did me.......
They do not let you know. They are not run, schedule, or keep appointments well
