Is this company really bad to rent from and are the properties really infested with roaches ived lived in my same apt for 5 years and thank god never seen any king of insects

I work at Home Depot, a Customer rented from them and informed me that they are super nice to you until they get your money, then they treat you like Garbage Afterwards

Roaches and bedbugs come from tenants who bring the in from yard sale items or Craigslist items. Wilson inspects and cleans every rental and the incoming tenants also make sure they are clean as they move in. Thanks for the support Jxnnie, you are correct, Wilson does not rent infested homes and holds those who bring them in accountable to their actions.
