I need some help with my moms puppy I'm not sure if he ate something bad but he's laying down, hurts for him to get up and move, he will eat food and drink water just fine but starts to wine a bit trys to move then lays back down

It's a pup?? Get him to the emergency vet. Pups can get parvo and distemper. Unless the pup has had ALL of his shots?
