I called the pharmacy to pick up my refill. After waiting on hold for over an hour, a very rude pharmacist answered and curtly told me the doctor hasn’t put my refill in yet, even though it was requested last week. I asked what else we can do because I’m about to get on a plane and need it to travel. She said there’s nothing we can do and hung up on me.

Have been going to this place for about 3 years. Ive gone through 3 doctors and can't believe how terrible it is. They honestly don't care much about their patients well being as much as getting you in and out of the door

I had a 10:30 appointment today for a mammogram. The tech ran 45 minutes late. And it was excruciating. I've had many mammograms but none like this. She took no consideration to the fact that everything she did hurt. Some bodies just don't bend the way you are trying to force us to. I'm bruised, it's been 8 hours and I still hurt.
