I just switch my case from different to clinic Borrego and for first appointments I asked for bloodwork test and the front desk gave me the date and time for my appointment. She didn’t mentioned anything about I have to be fasting for this test. Anyway I showed up to my appointment and the lab person with her bad attitude told me you have to be fasting to have this test. I told her that no one told me about be fasting. Also I took a day off from my job this is not my fault then she sent me to second floor asking for the manager and they took my information and they said the manager will call tomorrow. Update: No one called today at all because the managers and a front disk they have no responsibility to handle this job. Friendly recommendation: People please don’t waste your time in this clinic there’s some discrimination and mistreating at this clinic. 0/10

This place schedules appointments at 8 am. They open at 8 am. I literally arrived here before the staff was even in the building. How can you have an appointment without even being ready to take on patients. Very unprofessional.

Horrible place a friend had an appointment for her husband the ladies in the front were super rude she said she didnt understand and didn't care and to come another day he had an appointment they went on time some arabic peopled showed up and they helped them right away. They don't care that their patients are sick. They deserve no stars.

I would like to give credit where its deserved. Her name is Farah at Behavior Health desk. I walked in only because nobody ever answers the phone for appointments. Was very upset because my dr did not call for our appt for the 3rd time. She called dr and straightened things out and then verified all my other drs appts for the next 4 months. She was very helpful, professional, respectful, and knowledgable. I appreciate all she has done. Thank You Farah (Behaviour Health).
