Even with a painful condition my husband had his appointment canceled TWICE in 2 days! I was sent to this clinic once to see a "doctor" only to be told he can't write prescriptions! This clinic has some serious culture problems and we will never go back.

The only good thing about this place is DR. DUONG. Scheduling is an absolute nightmare. I was just having a telehealth appointment and the call was dropped and the doctor didn't even try to call back. Not real professional. Also every time you go they make you yell all of your personal information through a mask and plexiglass for the entire room to hear. Also not very professional.

Bad location to get checked .. everything is unorganized, every department is to close to each other and there's no walls. All seats are together, and there's alot of people waiting, I'm so surprised this clinic is open just fyi Logan clinic is better than this one. And the prenatal staff she was kinda rude she didn't wanna take me in even if I was 5 minutes late like I dont even know this area or how to get there had to take the bus and trolley and the lady was like no .. so I looked at her funny and she was like okay let me ask real quick ... Cuz I know if your five minutes late they can still check you in . Besides I tried to call in and the wait time was 40 min. And I was 2nd place smh not a good site. If people don't like they're job then why work there. Period..

Hello Yolanda I am a patient with Family Health Center located at 525 East main street in El Cajon. The Clinic is Open Monday through Saturday. 8:30-5:30 they Have a walk in clinic and Saturday is a great time to go. Check in with pediatric and good health.
